Accessing IT from Home

–  Our younger members are now accessing IT training from their home through the outreach project. Before the outreach project launch, accessing the IT service was limited, now members are able to utilise service provision in many ways.

One such case is a recent visit to Abdullah by our Resource Manager. Abdullah requested sessions on how to use his computer, because he already does many of the things needed on his smartphone, he found the transition to a computer easier than expected. The young man’s looking forward to more visits; to build on the basic skills learnt so far.

If you are unable to bring your Computer into Croydon Vision for assessment, a visit can be arranged, as well as IT lessons at home.

If you would like the resource manager to demonstrate equipment from home; to better understand the suitability of an item; please phone reception to make a booking – 0208 688 2486
