We’re passionate about empowering blind people through a range of initiatives; but it all starts with being open. So by working with the community at large we’re determined to smash taboos, break down walls and encourage people to re-evaluate what’s possible when you’re blind or partially sighted.

We’ve been doing this since 1923….

When the Croydon Voluntary Association for the Blind (now known as Croydon Vision) was formed there were limited opportunities for blind and partially sighted people. The world has changed a lot since then but at our core we still hold the same belief that those living with sight loss should be able to do so with independence and confidence. Croydon Vision is all about helping our members, young and old, to live rich, fulfilled lives.

We’ve are invested in diversity and inclusion…
