Hire Bedford Hall or Bedford Lounge

Our building is open for bookings.
We are delighted to inform you that we now have a new venue for hire, Bedford Lounge, with a capacity for 50 people. Please see below for more info on hiring with us.

We have in place a number of measures designed to keep you and your clients as safe as possible since the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures will be kept under review and will be adapted as required.

In addition to these measures, all groups are expected to follow government guidance on Coronavirus, and hirers will be responsible for drafting and implementing their own risk assessments when resuming activities at Bedford Hall and Lounge.

We will attempt to restrict overall numbers in the Hall, so we will be asking for an indication of numbers attending each group.

We host a wide range of events and classes including:

Fitness classes
Worship
Conferences
Parties
Indoor sporting events

Bedford Hall

The hall itself measures 8.2 metres by 15.5 metres (big enough for a bouncy castle) and has a capacity of up to 125 people standing and 100 when seated at tables.

Our closing time of hall is midnight; music must not be played after midnight.

Bedford Lounge

The lounge has a capacity of up to 70 people standing and 50 when seated at tables.

Bedford Lounge facilities:

A small kitchen with microwave facility only.
Car Parking space at front of the building – *2 maximum.
Two toilets, one with accessible features
Within the lounge, the two main rooms have been knocked through to create one large, multipurpose space, similar to the hall.
