Hiring during the Coronavirus pandemic
We are delighted to advise you that we have re-opened Bedford Hall for bookings; a maximum of 30 people for events as outlined in the government’s road map to ease lockdown.
We have put in place a number of measures designed to keep you and your clients as safe as possible in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. These measures will be kept under review and will be adapted as required.
In addition to these measures, all groups are expected to follow government guidance on Coronavirus, and hirers will be responsible for drafting and implementing their own risk assessments when resuming activities at Bedford Hall.
We will attempt to restrict overall numbers in the Hall, so we will be asking for an indication of numbers attending each group.

Bedford Hall – boasting excellent facilities and competitive rates! We host a wide range of events and classes including:

The hall itself measures 8.2 metres by 15.5 metres (big enough for a bouncy castle) and has a capacity of up to 125 people standing and 100 when seated at tables.

Private hall hire: £45 per hour
Hire by registered charities: £30 per hour
Hire by non-funded charities: £20 per hour
Kitchen facilities: £75
Extras, including the sound system, projector and/flipchart: £60
