Hiring during the Coronavirus pandemic
We are delighted to advise you that we have re-opened Bedford Hall for bookings.
We have put in place a number of measures in line with government regulations and guidance designed to keep you and your clients as safe as possible in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. These measures will be kept under review and will be adapted as necessary in response to the current situation as it develops.
In addition to these measures, all groups should abide by the government guidance on Coronavirus, and hirers will be responsible for making their own risk assessments before resuming their activities within the Centre.
We will attempt to restrict overall numbers in the Hall, so we will be asking for an indication of numbers attending each group.

Bedford Hall – boasting excellent facilities and competitive rates! We host a wide range of events and classes including:

The hall itself measures 8.2 metres by 15.5 metres (big enough for a bouncy castle) and has a capacity of up to 125 people standing and 100 when seated at tables.

Private hall hire: £45 per hour
Hire by registered charities: £30 per hour
Hire by non-funded charities: £20 per hour
Kitchen facilities: £75
Extras, including the sound system, projector and/flipchart: £60
