Q) What are the Dimensions of hall?
A) 8.2 metres by 15.5 metres.  
Q) Alcohol policy, does the hall have a bar?
A) No, the hall has no bar, but we do allow alcohol on the premises, excluding resale. 
Q) Is there car parking?
A) Yes, approximately 4-6 spaces (depending on the day)
Q) Is there a garden
A) No. But we have a courtyard
Q) What is the cost of the hire?
A) The cost of hall hire is; 

Private Hall Hire: £45 per hour

Registered Charities: £30 per hour  

Non-Funded Charities: £20 per hour  

Kitchen Facilities: £75 

Deposit: £250 

Other Facilities: £60 (Sound System, Projector & Flipchart)

 

Q) Will the hall accommodate a bouncy castle?
A) Yes, we have had bouncy castles in the hall before. It is recommended that measurements are taken prior to renting the hall. 
Q) What is the capacity of the hall?
A) The maximum capacity is 125 without tables and chairs.
If chairs and tables are used the capacity is 100 people.
Q) What facilities and equipment does the hall offer?
A) Our facilities offer access for the disabled, a fully equipped kitchen, free parking, sound system, projector and use of tables and chairs.  
Q) How many people can be seated at the tables?
A) The rectangular 6 ft. tables seat 6 and the rectangular 4 ft. tables seat 4. We have four large round tables that seat 8-10.  
Q) How many chairs are there?
A) We currently have 110 chairs. There are also 30 banqueting chairs available.
