Getting out and about

Betty has been a member for several years. 

She had become very lonely during the lockdown period and was fearful of venturing out on her own.

After several calls, the outreach officer met Betty and they were able to have a cup of coffee and visit the local shops together.  Betty said “this service really assisted me, thank you”

Not sure about how you feel about lockdown easing? Here are some tips:

+ Go at your own pace
+ Keeping safe
+ Returning to work
+ Seeing friends and family
+ Going to pubs and restaurants
+ How to deal with social anxiety after lockdown
+ Back at school
+ Going shopping
+ Going to medical appointments
+ Getting mental health support
