Living with inherited sight loss?
Take part in the Retina UK Sight Loss SurveyThe Retina UK Sight Loss Survey has been designed to capture the views and experiences of people living with inherited sight loss conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa (RP), Stargardt disease and Usher syndrome. All those living with inherited sight loss are encouraged to complete the survey (if they are under 18, it can be completed by a parent or guardian on their behalf).
Evidence from the Survey enables Retina UK to influence positive change and ensure the charity’s services are relevant and respond to the needs of the inherited sight loss community. If you have completed the Survey in the past, it is vital that you take part again so that changes can be tracked.
You can complete the Survey online at RetinaUK.org.uk/survey. You can also call Retina UK on 01280 821334 and book an appointment for someone to run through the survey with you or request a large print copy. It will take 30-40 minutes to complete (longer if using assistive technology), so please grab a cuppa.
The deadline for completed surveys is Friday 25 April 2025.
