Our Counselling Service takes place every Tuesday from 11am-1pm.
Counselling can be helpful if you are concerned or worried; if you are feeling anxious or uncertain, or if you are feeling unhappy or depressed. If you are experiencing one or several of these feelings, you may find it useful to talk things over with the Psychologist, Vanessa.
Vanessa is available on Mondays at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm & 5pm, Tuesdays at 1pm, 2pm & 3pm and Thursdays at 11am, 12pm & 1pm. Please contact reception for more details: 020 8688 2486.
Counselling is a two-way process involving discussions.
You will not be told what to do or what not to do and advice is only given if it is what you are seeking. The number of sessions you have will depend on you and your needs – it may be a one-off session or take several sessions over a period of weeks.
