Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and punctually drive members to Croydon Vision and other destinations as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle to ensure the safety and comfort of members.
- Provide assistance to members getting in and out of the vehicle as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Be courteous and respectful while interacting with members, offering a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure on-time arrivals at destinations and to optimize the number of members served during each trip.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Qualifications:
- Valid D1 driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Job Summary: As a Volunteer Driver Assistant, you will support our Drivers in providing transportation services to our members. Your role is essential in ensuring the comfort, safety, and efficiency of each trip. During the journey, this volunteer position requires a helpful and supportive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with getting in and out of the vehicle, including those with mobility challenges.
- Provide a friendly and supportive presence during the trip, engaging in conversation if desired.
- Ensure that clients are securely seated and that their seatbelts are fastened.
- Help clients with their belongings and any necessary equipment (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs).
- Assist the Volunteer Driver in navigating and reading maps or GPS devices if needed.
Qualifications:
